The SUMMARY’ of violations, ‘ORDINANCE LANGUAGE’, ‘VIOLATION SPECIFICS’, and the ‘CORRECTIVE ACTIONS’ that need to be taken based on the INSPECTION are ALL pulled from existing tables.  This saves the Inspectors write-up time and makes the report much easier to read.  ALL the information is saved for future reports and follow-up.
