M.F.R. (Master File
Record) The MFR module is used to track information regarding establishments
that require permits and must be inspected on a scheduled basis. MFR information is organized in two
sections: SITE INFORMATION All data elements for tracking an establishment are carried at the
‘SITE’ level. Name, location, owners
information, billing information, etc. and, INVENTORY INFORMATION An
INVENTORY is a permitted entity that exists at a SITE. As an example a Hotel may have several
restaurants, several pools, catering facilities. All of these ‘program’ records are attached to the SITE. Information that is unique to a program,
(i.e. Food, Pools, Hazardous Materials, etc) as well as frequency of
inspection, inspector and permitting information, is carried in an Inventory
screen that is attached to the establishment.
Each Inventory screen is designed specifically for the
program for which it is to be used.
As an example the FOOD inventory screens and the POOL inventory
screens will contain information that is specific to that program. There are however several sub screens that
are the same for every screen. i.e. the Permit screen, FEATURES Comprehensive, tracks
all necessary information Tracks as many

to Inspector Provides custom reports
