DAILY ACTIVITY AND

INSPECTION REPORTING

The DAR provides an accurate record of the services, inspections and all other work performed for each establishment, by each employee. Once recorded in the computer, the information can be compiled into various reports.

Several reports aid employees in scheduling and managing their work tasks, and managers in determining workload assignments.

This data also assists management in budgeting, program and employee evaluation, and in fee justification.

BY EMPLOYEE,- PROGRAM – SERVICE

The report above shows what services have been performed by each employee, and for what program the service was performed (Food, Pools etc.) It can be run over any time period and allows comparative analysis of time periods.
